1) File 2020-7189: Oceanside RCMP were dispatched to check on well-being of an Oceanside Community Safety client of the Keeping in Touch program on July 26th. Client was found to be in good health.

2) File 2020-7242: A small silver locket was found in the 400 block of Despard Avenue West, Parksville, on July 27th. Contact Oceanside RCMP during regular office hours to claim.

3) File 2020-7257: A blue colour Raleigh Adrenaline bike was found in the 300 block of Rheumer Crescent, Parksville, on July 27th. Contact Oceanside RCMP during regular business hours to claim.

4) File 2020-7273: A local resident was reported scammed of thousands of dollars when they received a call purportedly from Canada Revenue Agency for tax evasion and to deposit money at a Bitcoin machine. Canada Revenue Agency will not request payments in bitcoin or gift cards.

5) File 2020-7292: An unlocked vehicle was reported rummaged through in the 900 block of Eaglecrest Drive, Qualicum Beach.

6) File 2020-7294: A Toguard brand dashcam and Bushnell brand binoculars were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 300 block of Bernard Avenue, Parksville, on July 28th.

7) File 2020-7300: A 14.5’ blue and white coloured Delta kayak was reported stolen in the 3500 block of Dolphin Drive, Nanoose Bay, on July 28th.

8) File 2020-7307: A blue colour High Sierra bag was found in the area of Craig Street and Despard Avenue, Parksville, on July 28th. Contact Oceanside RCMP during regular office hours to claim.

9) File 2020-7314: A vehicle decal badge was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1400 block of Springhill Road, Parksville, on July 28th.

10) File 2020-7317: BC plate 8948DY was reported stolen from a vehicle in the Rathtrevor Provincial Park, on July 28th.

11) File 2020-7343: Three fishing rods, fishing tackle and a Scottie Downrigger were reported stolen from a boat in the 1000 block of Lee Road East, Parksville, on July 29th.

12) File 2020-7347: Damage was reported to a utility substation in the 600 block of Alberni Highway, Parkville, on July 29th.

13) File 2020-7348: A yellow coloured, 21-speed mountain bike was reported stolen in the 100 block of Woodland Drive, Parksville, on July 29th.

14) File 2020-7357: Two vehicles were reported rummaged through with cash and credit cards stolen in the area of Melrose Road and Alberni Highway, Qualicum Beach, on July 29th. Doors to both vehicles were damaged.

15) File 2020-7377: A kitchen window was reported broken with a rock in the 800 block of Wembley Road, Parksville, on July 30th.

16) File 2020-7385: A Santa Cruz Heckler 9 speed bicycle was reported stolen in the 1100 block of Resort Drive, Parksville, on July 30th.

17) File 2020-7411: A Polaris 300 brand quad was reported stolen in the 500 block of Martindale Road, Parksville, on July 31st. It was recovered the same day at the Englishman River.

18) File 2020-7412: A red coloured 18 speed mountain bike was reported stolen in the 400 block of Stanford Avenue East, Parksville, on July 31st.

19) File 2020-7415: A black leather wallet and contents were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 500 block of Wheeler Avenue, Parksville, on July 31st.

20) File 2020-7460: An unlocked vehicle was reported rummaged through in the 1000 block of Resort Drive, Parksville, on August 1st. Nothing was reported missing.

21) File 2020-7472: An unlocked vehicle was reported rummaged through in the 1600 block of Strougler Road, Nanoose Bay, on August 1st.

22) File 2020-7474: A Norco Charger 9.3 bicycle was reported stolen in the 400 block of Island Highway West, Parksville, on August 1st.
