Crime Watch Report - November 15 to 21, 2020

During this time period the Oceanside RCMP received 264 complaints.

 

1) File 2020-11879: It was reported that at least 2 vehicles were rummaged though in the 500 block of Sycamore Drive, Qualicum Beach, on November 15th.

2) File 2020-11907: A valet key, change and sunglasses were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Butler Avenue, Parksville, on November 16th.

3) File 2020-11913: A white Apple iPhone was found at the Englishman River Estuary Park, Parksville, on November 16th. Please contact Oceanside RCMP during regular business hours to claim.

4) File 2020-11919: Two 30 lb propane tanks were reported stolen in the 100 block of Finholm Street North, Parksville, on November 16th.

5) File 2020-800078: A battery was reported stolen from a travel trailer in the 100 block of Finholm Street North, Parksville, on November 16th.

6) File 2020-11920: A laptop, Fenwick Eagle fishing rod and tackle box were reported stolen from a vehicle in the area of Memorial Avenue and Island Highway West, Qualicum Beach, on November 16th. Entry was gained by smashing the back window.

7) File 2020-11925: Damage to the wiring harness including theft of a battery was reported to earth moving equipment in the 900 block of Lee Road, Parksville, on November 16th.

8) File 2020-11936: A pair of fishing waders were reported stolen from a vehicle in the area of Hilliers Road South and Alberni Highway, Qualicum Beach, on November 16th.  Entry was gained by smashing out the back window.

9) File 2020-11998: A black Giant bicycle was reported stolen in the 100 block of Kinkade Road, Qualicum Beach, on November 18th.

10) File 2020-12068: A decorative lobster trap and a fence were reported vandalized in the 300 block of Sutherland Place, Parksville, on November 20th.

11) File 2020-12073: A greenhouse was vandalized in the 300 block of Sutherland Place, Parksville, on November 20th.

12) File 2020-A patio roof and a window were reported damaged by a thrown rock in the 300 block of Rheumer Crescent, Parksville, on November 20th.

13) File 2020-12096: Keys and insurance papers were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of Craig Street, Parksville, on November 20th.

14) File 2020-12125: Change was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of Temple Street, Parksville, on November 21st.
