During this time period the Oceanside RCMP received 284 complaints.

 

1) File 2020-12151: An attempted business break-and-enter was reported in the 300 block of Island Highway West, Parksville, on November 22nd. Damager to an exterior door was reported.

2) File 2020-12155: A fence panel and a window were reported broken in the 300 block of Morison Avenue, Parksville, on November 22nd.

3) File 2020-12205: A red Devinci Chili Pepper 21 speed mountain bike was found in the 500 block of Morison Avenue, Parksville, on November 24th.  Contact Oceanside RCMP during regular business hours to claim.

4) File 2020-12206: Change was reported stolen from two unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of Heather Place, Parksville, on November 24th.

5) File 2020-12209: A wallet and contents were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 1400 block of Sumar Lane, Parksville, on November 24th.

6) File 2020-12215: A multi-tool, emergency kit and keys were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Roscow Street, Parksville, on November 24th.

7) File 2020-12238: A fence was reported damaged and a vehicle tire flattened in the 100 block of Meridian Way, Parksville, on November 25th.

8) File 2020-12245: The lock to a storage locker was reported cut in the 1800 block of Alberni Highway, Coombs, on November 25th.

9) File 2020-12246: A work shed break-and-enter was reported in the 3100 block of Island Highway West, Qualicum Beach, on November 25th.

10) File 2020-12255: A wallet and phone charger were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Meridian Avenue, Parksville, on November 25th. There was no damage to vehicle.

11) File 2020-12256: A string of Christmas lights were reported stolen in the 700 block of Temple Street, Parksville, on November 25th.

12) File 2020-12262: BC plate JP286J was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 3100 block of Rinvold Road, Qualicum Beach, on November 25th.

13) File 2020-800082: Approximately 20 feet of colour LED Christmas lights were reported stolen in the 400 block of Church Road, Parksville, on November 26th.

14) File 2020-12282: A wallet and contents were reports stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 600 block of Eagle Tree Close, Parksville, on November 26th.

15) File 2020-12283: An exercise dog crate, two sheepskin rugs and a hamster cage were reported stolen from a property in the 100 block of Shelly Road, Parksville, on November 26th.

16) File 2020-12295: A multi coloured Christmas light decoration was reported stolen in the 700 block of Temple Street, Parksville, on November 26th.

17) File 2020-12317: A 4’ white Christmas tree was reported stolen from a property in the 700 block of Temple Street, Parksville on November 27th.

18) File 2020-12320: A grey Ford F350 truck was reported stolen in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue West, Qualicum Beach, on November 27th.

19) File 2020-12322: A wallet and contents were reported stolen in the 1600 block of Easy Way, Qualicum Beach, on November 27th.

20) File 2020-12323: A lock was reported cut off a gate in the 300 block of Island Highway West, Parksville, on November 27th. Surveillance video was supplied to police.

21) File 2020-12337: A counterfeit Canadian $50 bill was reported passed at a business in the 100 block of Island Highway West, Parksville on November 27th.

22) File 2020-12341: A green and white Kona Fire mountain bike was found in the 2700 block of Island highway West, Qualicum Beach, on November 27th. Contact Oceanside RCMP during regular business hours to claim.

23) File 2020-800085: A stereo and tools were among items reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 300 block of Wembley Road, Parksville on November 27th. Damage also reported to the ignition.

24) File 2020-12359: Change was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 1700 block of Ballenas Road, Nanoose Bay, on November 28th.

25) File 2020-800086: Illegal dumping of materials was reported in the 900 block of Rivers Edge Drive, Nanoose Bay, on November 28th.
