Crime Watch Report - November 8 to 14, 2020

During this time period the Oceanside RCMP received 284 complaints.

 

1) File 2020- 11636: An estimated $150 worth of garden decorations were reported stolen in the 300 block of Garrett Road, Qualicum Beach, on November 8th.

2) File 2020-11637: A residential break-and-enter was reported in the 300 block of Banks Avenue East, Parksville, on November 8th.  A suspect was arrested.

3) File 2020-11641: An honour system cash box was reported stolen in the 4800 block of Island Highway West, Qualicum Beach, on November 8th.

4) File 2020-11668: The theft of a non-drivable vehicle donated for fire department training was reported stolen in the 3200 block of Alberni Highway, Qualicum Beach, on November 9th.

5) File 2020-11679: BC plate FV149W was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 2100 block of Kerr Road, Coombs, on November 9th.

6) File 2020-800076: A vehicle was reported rummaged through in the 800 block of Beach Road, Qualicum Beach, on November 9th. There was no damage to vehicle.

7) File 2020-11698: A residential break-and-enter was reported in the 200 block of Morison Avenue, Parksville, on November 10th.

8) File 2020-11721: Health food bars and cash were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Sunningdale Road East, Qualicum Beach, on November 10th. There was no damage to vehicle.

9) File 2020-11772: An inflatable paddle board was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 800 block of Reid Road, Parksville, on November 12th. The stolen item was found eight days later.

10) File 2020-1774: BC licence plate GA922T was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Cheney Avenue, Parksville, on November 12th.

11) File 2020-11780: A black Olympus OMD-Mark 1 camera and a lawn motor battery were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 700 block of Fairwind Avenue, Parksville, on November 12th.
