Medication Safety

sick person Flu season is upon us. It's a good time of year to ensure your medication list is up to date in case you need to seek medical treatment or have family or friends look after you while you are ill. Information on the medications that you take could be critical to medical and emergency services. It can also help temporary caregivers make sure that you take your medications when you need them.

Come in to the Oceanside Community Safety Volunteer offices and pick up your free Medical Alert Kit. The kit will help you make the list and store it in a place that is accessible to those that may need it if you are unable to speak for yourself.
